| JUGGERNAUT: --squeeze the funny right out of ya! |

| (Juggy runs towards CAM)-- |
 |
| (He leaps OVER the CAM) |

| (Slow motion) |

| (Spidey jumps off of the lamp post and swings around it-- |

| (-Spidey kicks Juggernaut as he flies towards him) |
 |
| (CAM pan with Juggernaut as he crashes hard into a truck.) |

| Dust and smoke fill the frame-- |
 |
| PAN with Juggernaut as he runs out of it, angry. |
 |
| Spidey webs Juggy in the face-- |
 |
| Juggy pulls it right off. |
 |
| Multiplane car as it passes in the foreground. |
 |
| Juggy antics to punch Spidey-- |
 |
| TRUCK OUT CAM as Juggy runs in to punch Spidey. |
 |
| Spidey swings under and around Juggy's arm as he punches. |
 |
| Spidey pushes off-- |
 |
| CAM follows Spidey, then trucks out as he lands on Juggernaut-- |
 |
| Spidey bounces off Juggy's head. |
 |
| Juggernaut leaps up-- |
 |
| Spidey flips O.S. |
 |
| Juggernaut SMASHES the ground, sending a shockwave that tears up the street. |
 |
| Spidey lands on the ground, barely keeping balance as he rides the shockwave-- |
 |
| Spidey is propelled by a flying piece of road-- |
 |
| Spidey bounces through the frame-- |
 |
| Shake CAM as Juggernaut runs in-- |
 |
| Juggy grabs Spidey-- |
 |
| --he hurls him FAR into the distance. |
 |
| Spidey spins through the air-- |
 |
| --and webs a lamppost and a building on the street level. |
 |
| Spidey slingshots himself towards camera. |
 |
| Whip pan diagonally down towards Spidey. |
 |
| CAM rotates around Spidey as he flies through the air. |
 |
| Spidey kicks Juggernaut in the chest and rides him like a skateboard as he skids along the street. |
 |
| Dust fills frame again. |
 |
| Spidey walks out, fanning away the dust. |
